red blinking light and error 10010 on base station.

My base station will not track and has a red blinking light. the error stated that it had an internal error. My base stations are less than a month old.

@jojojagante, Basestations are mechanical devices and the first generation basestation contains 2 different motors which must operate together under high tolerances. Your basestation is unfortunately indicating that one or both of the motors are outside of operating tolerance and requires physical servicing.
