Cant make changes to settings for whatever reason and anytime I open the software it just sits there like this what do

Does it only happen when you up the settings page? Make sure you installed the software as an Admin and that your network security isn't blocking the vive executables. Usually that's the cause for the software to behave this way.

Check those things and then let me know if it's still happening or not.

If your base station has a Fault 02/03 error or a red light or both, the ONLY solution is to contact our support on vive.com and set up an RMA. There is no user fix for this issue.

These videos should show that I cannot bypass the three dots and have the client installed on a admin account. also my antivirus is disabled currently (can be seen lower right hand avast symbol with x over it) so it will not interfere

I never have and never will authorize someone to remotely access my pc.

I obviously cannot do the second thing suggested.........
