So it seems the VIVE Desktop app that Viveport keeps asking me to launch is not installed. I found the PC Client folder and tried to install this manually and it says "Account Already Exists".
Here is the error log file:
Uninstall if you have installed VIVEPORT Desktop.
Download the latest Client: http://dl4.htc.com/vive/ViveSetup.exe?_ga=2.183639782.1595983017.1523871422-1366915090.1497596508
Make sure you install as system administrator.
