VIVEPORT supports more than one method of downloading, When you encounter error codes such as internal error, kindly restart the download process by clicking on the stop button and start again to switch downloading method.
@mamason0725, Can you please submit an error report via the "report issue" tool that can be found on the settings page of the Viveport client. Please PM the tracking number that's generated once you submit a report.
