When I ran ViveSetup.exe it only installed the guide app. After I finished that and did room setup, no vive client app was installed. Please help because I want to connect my phone to my vive so I don't miss calls.

@SavageSam47, So the Viveport client wasn't install nor anything else like Viveport feedback? That's weird that the installer would complete without actually installing the software or providing an error code. Perhaps the registry edits weren't successful - I'd recommend trying to check out the target installation folder to see if anything is actually there.

@SavageSam47, the integration is actually managed via Viveport - The Viveport client processes manage the API activity that interfaces with OpenVR. See Pairing your phone with VIVE to understand the pairing flow. You'd need to reinstall Viveport to access the pairing functionality.
