I bought my headset preowned off facebook, the headset is about a year old although the orignal owner said he pretty much never used it.
The other day i noticed the right side of the track pad no longer clicks, ive tried squeezing the controller and that works for a few minutes but nothing perminate, Ive contacted customer support but to my suprise they DONT OFFER REPAIRS, like at all. Apparently the just replace the controller flat out, I was more than happy to have it sent away at my cost. Is there any ways of getting this to work again
Hi there! I can assure you that we do indeed do repairs on controllers and other Vive components. If you have a chat log or ticket number, could you please PM that to me? I'd like to take a look and see why incorrect information was relayed to you.

If your base station has a Fault 02/03 error or a red light or both, the ONLY solution is to contact our support on vive.com and set up an RMA. There is no user fix for this issue.
