On Friday, March 2nd, I contacted Vive Support because the right side of the touchpad on my Vive controller was not longer registering when I pushed it. I talked to a representative (Abi S.) who guided me on the process of sending it in for an under warranty repair (and was very helpful), I sent it from my local post office the following Monday (March 5th) and it arrived at the repair facility Wednesday, March 7th. The agent I spoke to on March 2nd assured me that the entire repair would take 7- 10 business days, I expected to have my controller back by the end of the month. It has now been almost 3 months and the most recent update I have recieved is that it went in for repair on May 5th (according to the repair tracker). I have contacted support twice during this period and they could not update me on its progress or give me an ETA.
I have no idea what to do at this point and this is my last hope.
