Gutted , brand new unit from scan and the buttun is stuck on the back , no lights comeing up at all !!
any ideas anybody ? will be on the phone first thing .

Can you describe the issue more? The unit arrived with the sync button stuck? What do you mean "gutted"? @Synthesis Can probably save you a phone call on this one

Everything was working fine , went to do the firmware update so unpluged device and pressed the button in , button is now stuck inplace and the unit fails to come on .

Im trying to find where the PM button is to message you as I have this issue currently as well. Updated my firmware and one of my 2 basestation buttons is stuck in now it wont power on so I cant play.
