I am unable to access the viveport subscription after purchase. Its under my payment history, nothing appears under my subs.

I am also finding it awkward that I cannot find your subscription details on our system, and I can see the order for subscription. I've sent a ticket to the relating department and will definitely compensate you for the time you wait. Thank you for understanding.

Sorry for the delay.
We've found the root cause to this issue, and it has been fixed.
All you have to do now is sign up again to subscription, and you will get another 14days of free-trial plus the 1 month redeem I provided .

Sorry for what happened. It seems like one of the app you selected had some issues, I've removed the app that you selected which didn't show up.
Please go ahead and select another app, the slot is now empty.
