Product not in one package?

I just wanted to check that if I ordered the Vive pro 1100$ kit that comes with controllers that it would not come all at once? I just got my headset but I am missing the lighthouses, controllers, and anything that isnt the headset. Is it comign in a different shippment?

Like many people, you'll need to wait a couple of weeks before getting the rest of the kit. I'm in the same case as you, and I'm really tired of the way they treat us, especially for the price, I was inspecting a better service.
