Htc Vive Sent In For Repairs

Ive sent in the htc vive after having problems but on the past few days it says under the repairs thing it says 

  • Status:Device Received
  • and it has been staying like that for a few days now i don't know if i should be worryed or not but either way please help!

No need to be worried. If you PM me your RMA number I can take a look for you. Just a heads-up: It usually takes 7-10 business days to complete a repair.

If your base station has a Fault 02/03 error or a red light or both, the ONLY solution is to contact our support on vive.com and set up an RMA. There is no user fix for this issue.

When you contacted support to get the RMA set up, you should have been given an RMA ticket number.
