I have been trying to download "The Wizards" all day and everytime I try to start the download it says "Server is busy at this moment. Download has not started. Please try again." Other games are downloading fine but thats to message I get whenever I try downloading the Wizard. Any advice on how to fix this?
I wasn't able to reproduce this download issue on other machines. Can you please go into the Viveport settings page and find "report issue". Next, follow the prompts related to app specific download issues. It will have you run a quick test, afterwords hit "technical support" and then "report issue" which will allow us to see the logs on our end and scan for possible. Thanks!
