If your base station has a Fault 02/03 error or a red light or both, the ONLY solution is to contact our support on vive.com and set up an RMA. There is no user fix for this issue.

@satorex, RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization. Basically it's an authorization/tracking number to send in your equipment for repair, returns, ect... 


If you have a fault 03 on a basestation, due to their mechanical nature it must be physically serviced. The best way to launch an RMA/Repair Ticket is to go to https://www.vive.com/us/support/contactus/ and use the live chat tool to generate an RMA. Please stick to live chat and avoid the contact form at the bottom of that page for the fastest turn around time.
