Did Not Receive packaged 2 Months of Free Viveport Subscription...

So I entered the code that came with my Vive for the free two months of Viveport, but then saw I could still apply for the free two week trial afterwood so I did that as well... 
But now It says my subscription is going to end in just two weeks, but my code also has already been entered... I am assuming there was a server error or something... Can I contact Vive about this  to get this changed or... Am I just pretty much out of luck?
