Cancelled subscription

I have had a month to month subsription for over  year and someone cancelled it. I haven't done anything to cancel it and want to know who cancelled it and why.

I would like to have it back just as I had it. Since I didn't do anything andthe chat I had with HTC VIVE, see below;
