I have the deluxe headstrap and the other night it fell off but took the screw and clasp with it. I've now lost one of the parts that makes up the clasp and the screw. Is there a way to order the individual parts and the screw?
We unfortunately don't make individual HMD components available for individual purchase. You'd have to RMA the HMD to get it fixed as there are missing parts.
The quickest way to set up an RMA is to go to www.vive.com/support, click on "contact us" in the top righthand corner, and then opt to speak with a Live Chat agent. You'll need either the HMD's serial number or your proof of purchase to process the RMA.
