Broken base station power adapter

Hi there,
One of my base stations power adapter suddenly broke. The cable and its ends don’t look like they were defected or present any damage, as it’s been sitting in our living room since when I purchased in December 2017. Would you guys know what I could do now? Is it still on warranty?

Contact www.vive.com/us/support/contactus and tell them what happened. It's not December 2018 so you should still be under warranty for a replacement. Let me know if you have any troubles with that.

If your base station has a Fault 02/03 error or a red light or both, the ONLY solution is to contact our support on vive.com and set up an RMA. There is no user fix for this issue.
