How do I check my order and shipping status?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you'll receive an email that includes the month in which your shipment is scheduled to arrive.

You'll receive another email when your device is being prepared for shipment.

When your order has shipped, you'll get another email from our shipping partner to notify you of the tracking information.

Can I change my shipping information?

We are unable to change your shipping information if your order has already shipped or is in transit. If you can’t be at your chosen delivery address at the time stated on your shipping notification, please contact the courier for possible alternative delivery arrangements.

 

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you need to cancel your order first so you can change your details, such as your shipping address.
