Vive purchase with bundle

Hello,

When the Vive Pro was released I purchased the original vive (2month viveport sub) as well as the Pro (fallout 4 and 6 month viveport).  The expiration of the codes have various dates, but I see the bundle is no longer included. Would like to discuss, can you PM me please. Customer support recommended I create a post as they could not offer any answers and directed me here.
