Usually this is due to having multiple Vive accounts and being logged into the wrong one. @CoryCheng can verify your library is in tact. Do you see any errors or does your library simply appear empty?

Hi @Fatema alshamsi,
I could see that all your apps are in your library, you just need to download them again.
Try to adjust the filter on VIVEPORT Desktop app, they might be hidden due to the filter.
