I recently purchaced an HTC Vive and it came with a code for a content bundle. I logged into the VIVEPORT app (im on a PC) and I looked under subscriptions to see that the code had been accepted and that my "Current Subscription cycle" is from April 19, 2018-May 19,2018. However, where I select the 5 titles I want to download, there are 5 blank rectangles with the words "Title playing 0/5" above them. So, how can I get my 5 free games and why are there 0/5 titles available?

Hi @Daoxis. It's displaying 0/5 because you haven't selected titles yet. When you scroll down the page, can you see titles there? Should look something like this:
In this instance I've selected Island Time and Kartong - you click the check mark in the upper right. When you've selected however many titles you like (doesn't have to be all five at once, you can add them during the month) you click 'Confirm Selection' (top right).

So I just tried the 14 day trial, but my wife told me when she bought the vive for me last Xmas, it was supposed to be a 1 month free trial. What gives?

The trial offer period was altered in Feb/March to the current 14 day term (which was communicated via a transactional email). I'll look into if it's possible to address your specific instance, it's not very common for someone to hang onto a redemption code for this long so I'll have to circle back on this.
