No Titles Available for Subscription

I recently purchaced an HTC Vive and it came with a code for a content bundle. I logged into the VIVEPORT app (im on a PC) and I looked under subscriptions to see that the code had been accepted and that my "Current Subscription cycle" is from April 19, 2018-May 19,2018. However, where I select the 5 titles I want to download, there are 5 blank rectangles with the words "Title playing 0/5" above them. So, how can I get my 5 free games and why are there 0/5 titles available?

Hi @Daoxis. It's displaying 0/5 because you haven't selected titles yet. When you scroll down the page, can you see titles there? Should look something like this:Screen Shot 2018-04-20 at 5.26.33 PM.png

 

 

In this instance I've selected Island Time and Kartong - you click the check mark in the upper right. When you've selected however many titles you like (doesn't have to be all five at once, you can add them during the month) you click 'Confirm Selection' (top right).

Hi,

So I just tried the 14 day trial, but my wife told me when she bought the vive for me last Xmas, it was supposed to be a 1 month free trial.  What gives?

Hi @mikeymyke

The trial offer period was altered in Feb/March to the current 14 day term (which was communicated via a transactional email). I'll look into if it's possible to address your specific instance, it's not very common for someone to hang onto a redemption code for this long so I'll have to circle back on this.

There are no way to cancell one or more of the 5 Games in the subscription period? i've download 5 for the trial time but one is a crap and one doens't work fine....is not possible change? how we can choose 5 games for ONE month if we don't know the titles???

For the 5 titles that I can install, are those games permanent or are they switched out every month? Are they full content or are there games known to have in game purchases/DLC even as a subscriber?

Hi @Dyxanh; titles added to your subscription are reset every month, but you can add them again for the next month if you wish (or every month you remain subscribed). They're not permanent purchases, just accessible while you have an active subscription.

 

Unless noted on the product page, each title is a complete product. Some developers may add DLC in future, but generally that will be for free titles (that aren't part of subscription, because they're free).

 

In short: when you add a title to your Viveport Subscription it should be the full, complete game that you can play as much as you want for every month you remain an active subscriber.

Hi @Shikalink, it's possible you created two accounts by accident. If you've ever logged in using a social account (Facebook, Google, Steam) as well as created an account using email, depending on whether you use the same email address for these accounts, they can easily get confused.

 

You can check your email (assuming it's the same address) and see if you have any email confirmations from HTC. If you have two, that could be why. Also you might try logging in with an email or resetting the password associated with it; if the account doesn't exist, you'll get told as much. Finally if none of that helps, send me a PM with your email address and we'll escalate to track it down.
