Community Staff Members are Very Helpful

On the 18th of November I sent my two vive controllers out for repair with broken thumbpads, and 3 weeks later I still didn't have my controllers back to play Fallout 4 VR. I was a little anxious about where they could be and decided to reach out to @Synthesis who I saw was helping many others on the forums with similar problems. He got back to me immediately and started investigating my problem. A few days later he got back to me with the problem (Happened to be an incorrect serial number which stalled the process) solved and now I gingerly await receiving my controllers in the mail. I suggest anyone with similar issues reach out to the helpful staff on the forums who'll get it solved or at least tell you what's going on.
