I got a 2 month subscription with my Vive Pro and grabbed five free downloads and then unsubscribed. I'd like to give a bit of feedback and not sure where the best place is for it, but I'll try here: I really wanted since the beginning to like Viveport. Even though it sucks that HTC and Valve can't just give one unified experience. Destinations aka Steam Home should get a way bigger developer push, host events, be a thriving ecosystem, but it isn't so far. And somehow Viveport should be built into that. It's too fractured. Also the majority of the content is amateurish. I thought a lot of money was being invested but it's falling way behind Oculus now. On Steam as well, but Viveport especially. I want a place to get non-game experiences however they should be better curated and rated. If I don't have many ratings for each then I tend to just avoid them. Another reason these companies shouldn't have fractured, if they want to help each other out. Also generally the software is still too buggy. Maybe not as much as before but it should have been nearly flawless from the beginning if Viveport was to succeed. It most definitely wasn't. The environment looked cool but it's too limited and didn't work well. Too many annoyances to get into now. I still think there's potential here but they need to step it up, big time. Just my two cents.
