I got a fault 03 and sent support ticket 2 weeks ago and still have yet to get a response on this. Its kind of ridiculous. My vive was less than 3 months old when it suddenly got a Fault 03 after not using the vive for 3 weeks or so. From what I saw online the only way to fix this was to contact support and send it back to HTC so it could get fixed/replaced, but 2 weeks later and I still haven't gotten a response on my ticket is making me irritated because I just want to use my Vive that I payed so much for and only got a few months of use out of it before it broke.
