Where to go to submit bugs/issues with viveport app?

I'm experience numerous instances of issues with the Viveport app, both in user-friendliness and functionality, and would like to submit bug reports to the Viveport app developers. Where can I go to do that?

There's a built in Issue Reporting feature in the Vive software under "Help" or you can post the specific issue here. We do read everything. Smiley Happy

If your base station has a Fault 02/03 error or a red light or both, the ONLY solution is to contact our support and set up an RMA. There is no user fix for this issue.

Bugs that cause crashes, etc are best reported through the client if you can, because you'll include logs in the report to help us better understand what's happening.

 

If you have general feedback about the client etc, we'd love to hear that here - you'll have more room to expand on details.
