I have a viveport subscription that is not showing up. I have the email receipts for my payments and I have confirmed with the customer support chat that the subcription exists, but all that shows up in my account is the page asking me to buy a subscription plan.

You're using the same account to log in right? Are you using HTC Sense or did you tie it to an external account like Steam or Google? If you did that, make sure you're logging in with the right account (it's easy to accidentally make two accounts with the same email login)

Hi @TK-5159, it's possible you might have created another account by accident. Can you PM me and let me know what email address you're using?
If you use the same address for Steam, Facebook or Google, and also created an HTC account, it's possible to get them confused.
