Subscription is not showing up.

I have a viveport subscription that is not showing up. I have the email receipts for my payments and I have confirmed with the customer support chat that the subcription exists, but all that shows up in my account is the page asking me to buy a subscription plan.

You're using the same account to log in right? Are you using HTC Sense or did you tie it to an external account like Steam or Google? If you did that, make sure you're logging in with the right account (it's easy to accidentally make two accounts with the same email login)

If your base station has a Fault 02/03 error or a red light or both, the ONLY solution is to contact our support and set up an RMA. There is no user fix for this issue.

Its should be tied to my steam login. I'm not sure how I could have different accounts in viveport with the same email?

Hi @TK-5159, it's possible you might have created another account by accident. Can you PM me and let me know what email address you're using?

 

If you use the same address for Steam, Facebook or Google, and also created an HTC account, it's possible to get them confused.
