I bought HTC VIVE from Amazon on april 5th, there hasn't been any codes included in the package, and i didn't received any emails with this codes.

Hi @AlexV - sorry to hear that.
As you purchased the Vive from Amazon, you will need to contact them regarding this, as it's their responsibility to pass on the codes. Hope you get the code you need soon.

Hello @Dave1. If this was a Commercial Edition Vive that you purchased, the code for content should have been on the receipt provided by the retailer as they have been allocated a stock of codes for supplying new users. The email from HTC would only come after the codes have been redeemed. If you could PM us a readable copy of your proof of purchase, it may be possible for us to help this process along.
