Today i recieved my HTC Vive, and inside the box was a code to redeem a content bundle.
Instructions said to go to http://www.vive.com/code but when i am trying to load the URL i get a "Page not found" error.
Does someone know what the right url is to redeem the code?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Unfortunately, that just brings you to a page with a "Next" buttton that brings you to the main vive.com page (https://www.vive.com/ca/)
Are we not able to redeem our bundle?

Make sure you LOG OUT of the VIVE site.
Head to the url vive.com/code
CONTINUE AS GUEST
Then you will be able to get your games with your code, etc.
If you log in, or are ALREADY logged in - it will not work.
Anyhow - when you finish you're given CODES for the games you can then use in VIVEPORT application.
I already reported this to them (figured this out with a rep over chat). So they KNOW it's an issue... dunno why they don't fix it in any way. Or maybe put a sticky at the top of th ehelp area.

There is no option to "Continue as guest". I land on the main Viveport home page. Options are buy a subscription, or sign in. Sign-in does not have a guest option. I can input a user/pass or use facebook/steam etc to sign in.

As an update, I contacted support and it seems to be something related to localstorage from store.vive.com
A private session/incognito session fixed the issue. I also verified that it did not work in a regular session until I deleted the localstorage from store.vive.com.
As for timeline of events:
vive.com/code -> click next
Redirected (302): https://store.vive.com/code/global/checkout/onepage/
Redirected (302): https://store.vive.com/code/global/customer/account/edit/
Redirected (301): https://www.vive.com
Redirected (301): https://www.vive.com/ca/
After removing localstorage for store.vive.com
vive.com/code -> click next
Redirected (302): https://store.vive.com/code/global/checkout/onepage/ which returns a 200.

I cleared the HTML 5 Local Storage (https://www.w3.org/TR/webstorage/#dom-localstorage) for store.vive.com and removed the cookies. Unfortunately I did both at the same time, so I am not sure if it was a specific cookie, or the contents of the Local Storage

Thank you, @ViveOwner. I'm going to escalate this to see if there's something that can be fixed on our side. In the meantime I marked this as solved.
For anyone else who may need to clear local storage / cache, here's a good guide:

I was referring to the non-stop redirecting on the redeem-page as decribed by someone at the top of this thread (or issues with that page in general). My solution was to open an incognito tab in chrome and redeem as a guest. Once I would login, I was sent back to Vive's homepage, no matter what.
(Sorry to say, but this is really simple stuff, everyone gets this right, how can a support website for a very premium product drop the ball on small stuff like this website? I can't even sort the messages in this forum, when I click on the link after SORT BY, it opens a drop down menu AND instantly reloads the page resulting in: 0 results... It just really feels like no one cares if stuff this simple doesn't get fixed. I'm a first time HTC customer and the company is leaving a really, really bad impression --also due to the faulty HDMI cable that came with my Vive and lead to hours upon hours of frustration before being discovered. /rant).
(Update: all of the Steam VR games work. None of the Viveport games load. Please hire better coders, being this bad at tech is, well, bad for a tech company.)
