I ordered the Vive from Amazon at the beginning of March and I never recieved an email with the redemption code for the 4 free games. Is there a way to go through here to get the codes by proving proof of purchase, or do I need to reach out to Amazon?

Could you PM me with screenshots of responses from Amazon? I'm surprised that they're not willing to help you, usually they're very good about these things.
