First person tennis app not working

Hello,

I purchased first person tennis from the vive app.  When I try to open this app I have an error message come up saying............

 

Launch Failed

Viveport app does not launch

Error reading JObject from JsonReader. Path ", line 1, position

2901.

 

I paid A$32.98 for this app and would either like to be able to use it or get my money back!!!

Can you launch any other titles? Is your anti-virus or security software disabled? Are you running Vive software as an administrator?

If your base station has a Fault 02/03 error or a red light or both, the ONLY solution is to contact our support on vive.com and set up an RMA. There is no user fix for this issue.

Try this:

 

 

 

  1. Click “delete" in app icon right bottom corner

 

 

  1. Download again, if see internal error

 

  1. Then go to the app folder.. Default is  C:\ProgramData\HTC\Vive\ViveApps\<app id>

Manually delete this folder

 

  1. Click resume button

Works after deleting file and downloading again.
