I got a NEW Vive VR as a birthday present today and I entered the code on the vive site. During the checkout I got an error that the Final soccer game had issues activating because the user country code did not match. I then tried to activate the Viveport subscription. The page that opened up in a new browser tab did not seem to load so I tried repeating code entry the process again but now I get "Code has already been redeemed, please check it ".
I have not received an email with the subscription or game codes either. I've checked my account and there is no 2 month subcription or Final soccer game that was included with the code.
Can someone please help me redeem my code?

I have the same problem. I received 3 games when buying . I just noticed they are no longer in my library. IO will PM you my proof of purchase if possible.
