same here. it says that my code too is invalid. got my vive from B&H. im worried that someone else already redeemed it but i got my vive sealed and boxed.

Don't worry, if the code had been redeemed it would say so. "Invalid code" likely means you are not redeeming the code on the correct regional page. It's highly likely if you imported your Vive through a 3rd party retailer, it was originally made for the US market. Try redeeming your bundle code here: https://store.vive.com/code/us/redemption

Have you tried it on a different browser or in icognito mode? Might be a cookie/cache issue. Also, check your email, you should get an email as well.

I bought my vive yesterday, activated the code through vive, but now i only see one game in my library, being tiltbrush.
There were other games selected, but i only got that one.
Any ideas pls?

@Nathan464 - From the looks of your posts, you may have bought from Newegg.com. If you do not have a code in the box, you need to go back to that retailer to ask them for it. If they cannot send you a code, come back to us.

Hi so I redeemed my code and got the confirmation email but the email does not enclose the actual codes and I dont know where they should be found.
