Hi. at the step #3 here the error message appear :
You don't have permission to access "/D/1901/487209/000/vr-prod-origin-web-aps1.cshtc-vr.com/redeem" on this server.
Someone have solution??

Hi, code redeem is not working for me. I go to vive.com/code, type the code, click the captcha and then I get "Code [redacted] is invalid, Please check your code and try again." I tried all lower case and upper case, typing the cases just as the code is written and I still get the same message. My code says it's redeemable by 12/31/2018 so it should still work. My code came inside the box in a black brochure. What am I doing wrong?

Does anyone know if the current VR bundle (Fallout 4 VR) applies to Vive's purchased from brick and mortar stores or just Vive's online store?

I sure hope so! Literally paid for my Vive 30 minutes ago, delivery in 2 days time. I've emailed the webform off, and I'm kind of keen that this can be sorted for excitable new customers! I'll gladly send the company off my serial numbers (when i get the thing) and my receipt to verify that I just bought one.

@Renzsickle: It does apply to both(while supplies last). You will get a code inside the box and instructions on how to redeem it.
