It doesn't matter when it was shipped. The code on the card in the box redeems whatever the current bundle is and right now, that's Fallout 4 VR + Tiltbrush (Or Everest VR, Richie's Plank Experience and Tiltbrush)
The card isn't always easy to find, it's usually buried under something. Once you have the code, you'll want to take it to www.vive.com/code and enter it there, make the selection for what content you want and you'll receive individual game keys. Most of them are for Viveport, but Fallout 4 VR is for Steam.

I bought my Vive from a UK Reseller (Overclockers.co.uk). I got my Fallout code in the box and it's downloading right now but I didn't receive any email with a code for Doom. Does that come from Viveport or from the reseller? Who should I contact to get it resent? If the email went to my spam folder then it's long gone by now.

Is there a way to send me my original code? I actualy think I may have used it when I first got my Vive on Viveport or HTC Sense or something like that -- but I did not ever see any steam codes for Fallout VR -- I guess it could have been sent to spam?? -- but it would have been deleted by now if that was the case.
Are you able to send me my original key for Fallout VR?

when I login with HTC sense I get the message "You have not yet redeemed any content."
so -- It seems something didn't work -- possibly was never entered -- is there a way I can get the key again to try and claim it.

@bunswo - when did you purchase your Vive? If you purchased it when the Fallout 4 VR offer was happening, then when you redeemed the in-box code you will have been sent keys for Fallout 4 VR and Tilt Brush.
If, when you login, you're not seeing codes displayed then it's possible that you never redeemed the code, or you have redeemed it, but on another account. If you think you never redeemed the code at all, then send a PM to me or Synthesis. We'll require proof of purchase before we can send you another in-box code.
If you're unsure of whether you're logging in with the right account, you should check your email address. You'll have received an email from HTC when you created the account to verify it.

You should find a voucher code in your Vive box. That's redeemed at https://www.vive.com/code/
When the code is redeemed, you'll be shown (and emailed) your Fallout 4 VR Steam Key.

I'm having the same issue. When I contacted HTC to get it figured out they said "we don't have an option for you to change the set of games you redeemed." When I reitertated that Fallout 4 VR WAS NOT AMONG THE AVAILABLE PACKAGES, they basically said I'm out of luck.
So, I said I have another option or two:
1. Return the Vive.
2. Buy the VIve again.
- Zero cost to me except annoyance and time, but some cost to HTC.
1. Return the Vive.
2. Buy the Oculus Rift.
That didn't do anything to wake them up, so I returned the Vive. This experienc has soured me on HTC.

Did you already return Vive? If not, please PM me and I'll help you get Fallout 4 VR.
