How long will the code be valid for fallout?
I'm looking to buy the HTC Vive in the next couple of days as a birthday gift for my wife, so it's likely to sit unopened until mid-december.
Will she still be able to redeem Fallout 4 VR?

Bought my bundle about a week ago, was told I would have to send my vive back and rebuy it to get the fallout 4 bundle. Kinda crappy because the "games" that it comes with are hardly considered games. If I knew there was a promotion I would have waited to buy it.

Any chance of a discount code for people who haven't only just bougt their vive. I got my Vive about July time and I am still in the salty period as it cost me £200 more then everyone else

I did not purchase yet - my question was whether the code will still be valid in December for the game if I purchase now.

When you purchase a Vive, the box will come with a card that has a Vive promo key. Since we have a limited number of Fallout 4 codes for this promo, you'll want to open the box when you receive it and redeem that code on www.vive.com/code to ensure you get sent a FO4 Steam key. That Steam key that's sent to you will not expire so there is no immediate need to enter it into Steam and accidentally reveal the surprise by having FO4VR in your Steam library but as stated above you do want to redeem the promo code as soon as you receive the box otherwise you may miss out. I've attached below a picture of the email you'll get once you received the promo code.

Just bought the HTC Vive Bundle, and I am quite interested on the Fallout 4. So, Will I receive it on the very same box that comes with the Vive? Is there a way to get sure I will get the Fallout 4 VR?
Thanks in advance.

@tumster: I activated my Fallout4 and Tilt Brush bundle on Tuesday (2 days ago). Once you go to vive.com/code and enter, you are given the choice of bundles. You can safely activate those two codes then, WITHOUT starting your free trial of the Viveport subscription. I will probably give that a go sometime next week. Judging by the date posted, you have already worked this out?
Mine is still unused at this point, since I bought "Zombie Training Simulator" that has taken most of my free time. Low realism, ultra high fun.
