Didn't receive Steam gift card or Star Trek Bridge Crew with VIVE

Just as title says.  I ordered a VIVE during the Steam summer sale and have not received the Steam $50 gift card or the Star Trek Bridge Crew game.

Me either, not in my email or in the box itself. Did get the basic code bundle with everest Richie's plank experience and the subscription.

Hey folks, if you didn't get your Steam wallet code, PM me with your order number.
You should get your Star Trek: Bridge Crew steam key via email. Please check your spam folder as well. If that didn't happen, please PM me.

Same here. Ordered it on the 2nd of July and still nothing.  I had to get the steam code via chat as well, since that never came through either.
Since I was told I only have 14 days to return it for a refund and the code for Bridge Crew can take two weeks (go figure), I went ahead and started the RMA process. 
I may be overreacting, but I just can't support these sorts of practices.

Still haven't recieved mine (the game) either. Was told it will be emailed to me within a week and if I don't get it I should contact support, I didint get it so I contacted support, they said wait another week and contact support again. It's gonna be two weeks tomorrow, doubt I'll get it. Checked my spam and everything. Not sure what to do cause I'll probably be told to wait another week.

Already sent you a PM 2 weeks ago, you told me to check my spam box for the game code, but live chat told me it can take up to 2 weeks. It's been two weeks now, haven't recieved it.

Quick update, contacted live chat today(it's been 2 weeks), was told it will take another week for the HTC to get the codes. That's the third time I've been told to wait a week..week after week it's the same response. A bit frustrating when I got the summer steam bundle so I can play star trek with my friends...They have been playing since it was released and are slowly losing interest in it. By the time I get it they probably wont be playing. Very disappointed and can't even return it anymore. Can't do anything about it. I'll update you guys next week. Have a good day.

Week 4, told to wait another week, told can't return the product as it's past the 14 day mark. Not sure what to do or how to feel. How long do I wait? This feels unlawful,I haven't received what I paid for and I can't return and get my money back either....disgusting.
