Cannot track order

I have this account here, but I ordered without signing in. I've received the email telling me how to track my order but I cannot. I was not given a code with my order# and since it was ordered as what I'll assume is "guest" I cannot just log into my account to track the order.

Hi @Leadbelly, have you checked this form?

 

I believe you'll have an order ID and obviously, you entered your email (as you were emailed with these details). Try that left hand column. If you still have issues, PM @Synthesis with your order details - he can check for you.

I have tried that link, I've used my steam account to sign in. It tells me that the email is invalid.

Also I'm not sure if it matters or not but I used PayPal to purchase. Which led to the email going to the email associated with my PayPal account. I've also tried using both emails.

If your base station has a Fault 02/03 error or a red light or both, the ONLY solution is to contact our support on vive.com and set up an RMA. There is no user fix for this issue.
